  • Method 4. Uninstall Windows Update, was the solution for me. Removed the Fall "feature update" 1909 and went back to the proven Spring 1903. I also disabled automatic updates. IBM used to say, apply fixpacks only if needed.

  • happened to me after updating to windows 10 1909 but reverting didn't fix, is my video card dead?
