Netflix NW-2-5 error occurs when I turn on my TV and launch Netflix app. The error message says Netflix has encountered an error. Retrying in 9 seconds. However, no matter how many times it retries, nothing happens. I have never encountered this error before and don’t know how to deal with it. Any tips? Thanks.

There are many causes to Netflix NW-2-5 error, however, we suggest checking your Internet connection first. If this won't solve the issue, please try methods described in the Fix Netflix NW-2-5 tutorial we provide.
